Institute mission
The Self Aware Networks Institute is not just a file browser in XR — it is a mission-driven research surface. The wiki is the guided reading layer over a long-running research archive: it defines terms, identifies canonical pages, distinguishes orientation from speculation, and preserves provenance while making the public surface easier to enter. The same page manifests are designed to drive both this 2D reading layer and the future WebXR institute, where each page maps to a room.

The theory, in five diagrams

BOT — Biological Oscillating Tomography
Distributed phase measurements support a perturbation-tested latent-state hypothesis without equating phase concentration with entropy or information.

COT — Cellular Oscillating Tomography
A bounded compartment-to-bouton test separates established calcium-dependent release biology from the phase-based COT hypothesis.

NAPOT — Neural Array Projection
Basal dendrites pool; apical dendrites broadcast — projection of oscillation.

OCA — Oscillatory Computational Agency
A candidate agent must exhibit persistent state, selective input, state-dependent output, causal influence, and closed-loop improvement beyond oscillation alone.

GCS — Gamma Consideration Sandwich
A bounded laminar hypothesis tests whether local gamma-range coordination improves prediction–reafference comparison beyond conventional alternatives.
